PERSONALITY Flirty, easy going, multifaceted, diplomatic, calm and awfully suave. These are all things that first come across from Noel. Especially if he's working. What about when he isn't working? That is a bit of a mystery, because he seems to be mostly into working. It's safe to say he's very private, very hard to get close to. He doesn't commit to relationships very easily at all. ABOUT Noel is a MI6 agent a near future London. He works for her majesty Queen Charlotte, often as her bodyguard. APPEARANCE Middle height, slight build but with trained physique, Noel is very capable physicaly and it shows. He's agile and strong with good posture and well defined muscles. Dark hair, expressive face, often smiling, he tends to leave an impression of an easy going bloke, charming and pleasant. He has black eyes and often trimmed facial hair or on off days a stubble. He has a scar on his chest that looks like a tattoo was removed with a lazer. ABILITIES Guns, strategy, martial arts, espionage, various languages, politics, savoir-faire - everything a proper agent needs. He also has a dormant magical ability, inherited from his absent father. I will play him with this ability fully developed as well. He would specialise in restraining magic, counter magic, actual wizardry. BACKGROUND Noel grew up with a mum and a very absentee father. Also, his father left him with a brother (Colin Blackwell) that he didn't know about. He was a bit of a rascal growing up, causing a lot of trouble. His mum wasn't all that wealthy. She works in a local library. He signed up into army because he wanted to support her, too. They hired him into the secret service when he proved to have more than enough of the required skills and intuition that couldn't be explained. He served in the Royal Navy and still has a commanding rank with the gold decorated uniform and all. He doesn't share. That's about it. Ask him about him? He might tell you a lot of stories that aren't true.
